PACE International Academy is looking for a passionate ESL teacher to join their dedicated team in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The position is full-time, starting on April 1, with a competitive salary ranging from 2.8 to 3.5 million KRW.

We are seeking enthusiastic teachers with a strong commitment to education and a genuine love for teaching young learners. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, teaching credentials, recent teaching experience with children, and familiarity with instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices. Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or science-related majors preferred
- Teaching credentials or certifications advantageous
- Recent teaching experience with children preferred
- Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in assistive technologies and standard office software
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Basic familiarity with office and video equipment Details:
- Role: Special Teacher and R&D work
- Contract Period: April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027
- Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: 2,800,000 - 3,500,000 KRW
- Vacation: 20 days paid vacation
- Severance Pay: Provided upon completion of at least a one-year contract
