1. Vacancy: 1 Native English Teacher
Native English Teachers at Son's English are in charge of Integrated Communication classes [Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking]. Teachers teach 5 - 6 classes (40 mins) a day, with Wednesdays as admin days.
- Classes are 40 minutes each; Class sizes are limited to 12 students per class.
- Students range from Elementary school to Middle School Grade 2; Curriculum is provided, and teachers are trusted to make use of their own teaching styles and techniques
2. Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 3 pm – 10 pm (Flexible hours on Wednesdays)
Classes: 5 or 6 x 40 minute classes per day (MTTF)
3. Salary and Benefits:
Salary: 2.5 ~ 2.7 million + KRW per month (negotiable, based on experience)
Pension & Insurance: In accordance with Korean Law
Severance: 1-month salary value severance upon completion of the contract
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days, + all red days
Housing: studio apartment or housing allowance provided by the academy
Airfare: One-way ticket provided (reimbursement of up to 800,000 Won of ticket to Korea [after the first month of teaching], or 800,000 Won exit allowance upon completion of contract)
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience teaching in Korea preferred
Candidates outside of Korea need to have visa application documents ready.

You need to be from one of the following countries to teach English in South Korea: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
