Looking for a Teacher Role That Feels Worth It?
Online English Teachers for K–12 Students
We're looking for passionate, reliable, experienced ESL teachers to join the Rhety Live Speaking team. If you love working with young learners and want a flexible, meaningful role from the comfort of your home — we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
Remote / Freelance (Part-time)
Contract period: September 2026 – June 2027
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00–22:00 (GMT+3, Turkey Time)
Up to 20 teaching hours per week
Small group classes of up to 12 K–12 students
Could This Be You?
A degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field — or any undergraduate degree combined with a recognised English language teaching certification (e.g. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
Preferably a minimum of 1 year of proven ESL teaching experience, particularly with children and young learners in group settings
Confidence managing an online classroom effectively
Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student progress
What Makes Rhety Different
Rhety Live Speaking is led by a team with five years of deep experience in online English education across Turkey, partnering with nearly 100 schools and serving close to 30,000 students nationwide. When you join us, you're stepping into a large-scale, well-structured operation from day one — not a startup finding its feet.
We invest seriously in our teachers. Before your first lesson, you'll go through extensive onboarding training to make sure you feel fully prepared and confident. Throughout the academic year, continuous in-service training keeps you growing, with dedicated pedagogy and technical support teams behind you at every step. Our live lesson monitoring team is always present to ensure quality and step in whenever needed — so you're never teaching alone.
Our lesson content is built to align directly with what students are already learning in their schools, making your classes more impactful, relevant, and easier to deliver. And we back all of this with a competitive pay rate that reflects the quality and commitment we expect — and the support we provide in return.
Everything is designed so you can focus on what you do best: teaching.
Whether you're an experienced ESL professional looking for a structured part-time role or someone ready to grow further in their career, Rhety gives you the infrastructure, the support, and the scale to make a genuine difference — lesson by lesson, student by student.
Join Rhety Live Speaking — and help the next generation find their voice in English.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
Please review the requirements to teach English in Online before applying. If a post says “NES” or “Native English Speaker”, it usually means applicants must be from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (sometimes it’s a preference, not a hard rule).
Schools receive many applications and may not reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back within a week, move on to the next job.
Never pay to apply. Never pay to “buy something now and get reimbursed later.” Always verify you’re speaking with the actual school (not an impostor). Scams do exist—be careful.
