$35 usd per student, paid monthly. Each student receives two 1.5 hour online lessons per week. This is close to 12 hours teaching per month. There are 4 students in each class. So per month each class gives $140 usd, which is close to $11 usd per hour.
Payment can be made through PayPal, Paysend, Western Union or bank transfer (not Wise). Payment is made after the students have received a month of teaching.
There are no requirements outside of the online classes including, no lesson preparation (unless you want to), homework or marking.
Students are from Azerbaijan so the timezone is: AZT = UTC +4. Our students learn mostly from 18:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs. There are also daytime classes if that time is more suitable.
The classes are general English with students that can speak English. They are carefully grouped according to level (intermediate and above), personality and age (from 14 years old to above).
There are materials that make the conversation flow including vocabulary and exercises. However, teachers are also welcome to use their own materials.
We are looking for teachers with clear spoken English and confidence leading conversations. Ideal for teachers who enjoy conversation based classes rather than heavy grammar teaching.
Management is from New Zealand but lives in Azerbaijan. There is a lot of support for teachers so things run straight forward. The priority is on making things easy for our teachers and not on keeping the students happy. Our customers are always wrong.

To apply, email nutritious111@gmail.com

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.

Please review the requirements to teach English in Online before applying. If a post says “NES” or “Native English Speaker”, it usually means applicants must be from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (sometimes it’s a preference, not a hard rule).
Schools receive many applications and may not reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back within a week, move on to the next job.
Never pay to apply. Never pay to “buy something now and get reimbursed later.” Always verify you’re speaking with the actual school (not an impostor). Scams do exist—be careful.
