Nawaphat Kindy School in Nonthaburi is seeking NES Early Years Teachers for a full-time position with a salary of at least ฿60,000 per month. Our school is located in Tha It, just 10 minutes from Bang Rak Noi MRT on the Purple Line. We offer a play-based Kindergarten programme inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles, focusing on child-led exploration and holistic development. English language acquisition is naturally fostered through meaningful interactions and structured routines in a secure environment.
This role provides a unique chance to help build a new international classroom grounded in robust Early Years pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children while maintaining a stimulating and nurturing classroom.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with our play-based curriculum.
- Implement high-quality continuous provision, ensuring learning areas are well-resourced and child-centered.
- Foster early English language development through various engaging activities.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Maintain professional communication with parents.
- Participate in weekly school duties and events.
- Collaborate effectively with Thai co-teachers and school leadership.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Kindergarten teaching experience in Thailand.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education).
- Native English speaker.
- Experience in delivering play-based learning.
- Strong understanding and experience with continuous provision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Early Years child development.
- Professional, reflective, and culturally respectful.
- Ability to provide local and country of origin police clearance.
Contract Details:
- 12-month contract starting March/April 2026 for induction, with the academic year beginning in May 2026.
- Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
