About AAC:
π« English immersion early childhood center for ages 5β7
π« Child-centered and activity-based learning environment
π« Integrated curriculum including Literacy, Theme, Grapeseed, and Montessori-inspired learning
π« Collaborative team-teaching model with bilingual co-teachers
Position Overview:
β¨ Approximately 3β5 lead teaching sessions per day
β¨ Dedicated preparation and planning time included
β¨ One after-school session included within regular working hours
β¨ Grapeseed training provided
Working Hours:
π Monday β Friday, 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
π Lunch break provided
Salary & Benefits:
π° KRW 2.6 β 3.0 million/month
π° Salary based on qualifications and experience
π° KRW 500,000 monthly housing allowance
π° 11 days paid vacation + national holidays
π° Severance pay, National health insurance & pension
Requirements:
π Native English speaker
π Eligible for E-2 or F visa
π Bachelorβs degree or higher
π Apostilled degree and criminal background check
π Currently residing in Korea preferred
π Candidates with documents ready for immediate employment strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
π Early Childhood Education background
π Montessori or Grapeseed experience
π Previous teaching experience in Korea
π TESOL / TEFL certification
