Native English Teacher Position at Gwanganli Beach

NamcheonWonderland Academy is seeking a committed Native English Teacher for a full-time position in Busan, South Korea. This role involves teaching small classes of kindergarten and elementary students in a professional and structured environment located near the scenic Gwanganli Beach.

Location:
Busan is South Korea's second-largest city, renowned for its stunning beaches, coastal hiking trails, and vibrant culinary scene. The school is situated near Gwanganli Beach, famous for its seaside cafes and night views of Gwangan Bridge. This location offers a balanced lifestyle with access to city amenities and natural attractions.

Position Overview:
- Teach kindergarten and elementary students with a set curriculum.
- Focus on quality teaching with small class sizes: a maximum of 10 students in morning classes and 12 in afternoon classes.
- Work hours vary from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
- Engage in classroom management, lesson preparation, and student assessments.
- Communicate with Korean staff and parents and participate in meetings and school events.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Eligibility for an E-2 visa or transferable E-2.
- Teaching experience preferred, especially with young learners.
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 2.5 – 2.6 million KRW.
