Our school is situated on a 5,600-square-metre green campus and integrates the UK National Curriculum with Waldorf-inspired learning and a Forest School approach.
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will collaborate with existing Early Years educators to teach phonics and establish strong early literacy foundations. You will plan and deliver lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, incorporating Waldorf-inspired rhythms and Forest School methodologies. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the daily Kindergarten and Nursery programs, fostering meaningful social-emotional learning, and documenting children's development. Effective communication with families regarding children's progress is essential. You will create an environment that enhances confidence, independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
Applicants must be native English speakers with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field, along with a recognized teaching license or qualification. Experience in teaching Kindergarten or Early Years and proficiency in teaching phonics and early literacy are required. Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum or EYFS is highly desirable. A genuine interest in alternative, nature-based education approaches such as Waldorf/Steiner, Forest School, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia is preferable. Candidates should possess warmth, energy, creativity, and initiative, with a love for outdoor activities.
The school offers small class sizes, a supportive teaching community, and the chance to work with a UK National Curriculum foundation and Waldorf-inspired practices. Additional benefits include accommodation, visa and work permit support, and competitive compensation. Teachers have the freedom to introduce new ideas into the classroom and collaborate closely with colleagues and school founders.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before applying. If a post says “NES” or “Native English Speaker”, it usually means applicants must be from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (sometimes it’s a preference, not a hard rule).
Schools receive many applications and may not reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back within a week, move on to the next job.
Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies are paid by the schools—not by you. If you’re unsure how they make money, ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag. Avoid them and let us know so we can ban them.
Never pay to apply. Never pay to “buy something now and get reimbursed later.” Always verify you’re speaking with the actual school (not an impostor). Scams do exist—be careful.
