Thai International School (TIS) in Pathum Thani is hiring Homeroom Teachers for our Primary and Middle School Programs, with employment beginning in July 2026. We are looking for educators who excel in teaching practices, especially those with experience in Student-Centered Learning. Candidates should be familiar with the American Common Core Standards and Curriculum and willing to embrace Phenomenon-Based Learning. Responsibilities include participation in our After School Activities Program and collaboration with leadership, parents, and the TIS community.

The successful candidate should be positive, professional, and dedicated to providing high levels of care. We offer a starting salary of 75,000 THB per month, which is negotiable based on experience, credentials, and teaching license. Additional benefits include a 10,000 THB housing allowance, an annual flight home after three years, access to advanced classroom technology, numerous professional development opportunities, community initiatives, and health insurance.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: a Bachelor's Degree in Education, at least two years of experience in a similar role, a clean criminal background check, native English proficiency, and a temporary or full teaching license.

Please note that only shortlisted candidates will receive comprehensive details regarding the roles and responsibilities. For inquiries or to apply, please email thaiinternationalschool@gmail.com.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.

Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before applying. If a post says “NES” or “Native English Speaker”, it usually means applicants must be from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (sometimes it’s a preference, not a hard rule).
Schools receive many applications and may not reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back within a week, move on to the next job.
Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies are paid by the schools—not by you. If you’re unsure how they make money, ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag. Avoid them and let us know so we can ban them.
Never pay to apply. Never pay to “buy something now and get reimbursed later.” Always verify you’re speaking with the actual school (not an impostor). Scams do exist—be careful.
