More importantly, we're building a culture where teachers enjoy sharing ideas, discussing curriculum over a cup of coffee, celebrating student progress, and working together to create meaningful learning experiences.
Hummingbird Academy was founded by educators who believe English education should be more meaningful than worksheets and memorization. We want our teachers to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence. You'll often find our team creating Canva slides together, designing new worksheets, or collecting what others might call "junk" for the next classroom project.

You need to be from one of the following countries to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. Some schools may hire teachers with an existing long-term visa, and non-English subjects are not affected by this requirement.
