Lighthouse Chalong Kindergarten in Phuket is currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Female Native English-Speaking Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at 45,000 baht per month.

As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing our students' English-language skills. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to creating a positive learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative, interactive lesson plans that engage young learners.
- Foster a nurturing environment that supports English-language development.
- Establish an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages cultural understanding and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive educational experience.
- Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback and guidance.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians about student development.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a school setting.
- Cheerful personality with the ability to connect with young learners.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children in their English-language development.
- Adaptability to different teaching methods and styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Montessori experience is advantageous.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
