TLI is excited to announce an opportunity for an English Teaching Assistant (ETA) position in collaboration with the Taipei City Government. We are a professional training institute with over 65 years of experience in teaching Chinese to foreigners and providing training in English, Japanese, and other foreign languages.

As part of the ETA Project, we aim to enhance English learning for elementary and junior high school students in Taipei City.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work at elementary or junior high schools in Taipei City.
- Assist local teachers in teaching various subjects.
- Create a conducive English learning environment to inspire student motivation.
- Design engaging learning activities and assist with English Corner activities.
- Manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.
- Attend training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere to school policies and TLI guidelines.
- Be open to teaching evaluations.
Working Hours:
- Full availability from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week.
- Stay on campus for preparation and tasks.
- Obtain approval before leaving campus.
- No on-site service required during vacations.

Application Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or Education.
- TEFL or TESOL certification is desirable.
- Native English speaker.
- Dual citizenship holders are eligible.
- Ability to design course content.
- Willingness to sign a one-year contract.
- Experience in international teaching is preferred.
