At Columbia English Language Program, we are dedicated to helping children aged 3 to 15 develop strong English skills. We take pride in being a results-driven language institute.
Our mission is to create the best language program in Taipei by nurturing an open and supportive environment where teachers and staff collaborate to support our students' learning and growth. We provide comprehensive workshops and ongoing support to help new teachers settle in.
If you are enthusiastic about teaching and keen to work in a well-organized and welcoming setting, we would be thrilled to hear from you!🌟 We are currently looking for EFL teachers who can establish a student-centered, activity-based learning atmosphere.
Our curriculum emphasizes reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary, ensuring a structured yet engaging learning experience for students.✅ What We Offer: A guided curriculum and syllabus, an in-house boot camp workshop for first-year teachers, and a supportive teaching environment with opportunities for professional development.
📌 Requirements: Must be in Taiwan currently or arriving soon, willing to attend a face-to-face interview and teaching demo, and commit to a one-year contract.
🌟 We are also seeking Montessori phonics teachers for children aged 4.5 to 6, the ideal age to introduce phonics!
Our Montessori-based phonics program offers young learners an interactive, hands-on approach to mastering language skills.✅ What We Offer: Montessori phonics teaching materials, a comprehensive Montessori workshop before classes begin, and a supportive teaching environment focused on growth.
📌 Requirements: Proficient in both English and Mandarin with clear pronunciation, available for a face-to-face interview and teaching demo, and willing to commit to a one-year contract.

You need to be from one of the following countries to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. Some schools may hire teachers with an existing long-term visa, and non-English subjects are not affected by this requirement.
Schools receive many applications and may not reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back within a week, move on to the next job.
